There was a head on collision between Why and the border. Happened at 1pm and reopened at 8pm. Sat parked for hours!

A couple weeks ago, there was a rain, a guy in a cherikee jeep pulling a hobie cat hit a wash in the road and flipped! Right in front of us! THey were all ok.............
